Greetings Self Care Explorers!
Our theme this month is a two parter - 1) Taking time to ground ourselves in right now so we can stay rooted to the present and not miss out on what’s happening in our lives and bodies in this moment. 2) Looking to the rest of the year and what’s coming down the line. The fall tends to be a time of overwhelm and being busy all the time. How can we pay attention to what’s coming and set ourselves up to be better supported and to experience more ease?
Our self-discovery questions this month are: What do I need to make the rest of the year feel the best it can? What practices can I start now to help future me? What practices are no longer working for me and I can end? Who do I want around me? Who or what helps me feel seen, supported, and important?
