Hooray! You are registering for The Radical Body Love Retreat to be held from October 13-16, 2024 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in Houston, TX.

I am so excited that you’ll be joining me and can’t wait to spend this magical community time with you. Please read through the following information for all the details, and then choose your payment option.

  • The Radical Body Love Retreat registration fee covers all meals, snacks, non-alcoholic drinks, materials/supplies, and instruction/hosting from Laura.

  • Attendees are responsible for their own transportation, hotel room booking fee, and any food or drink outside of what is provided by the retreat (including alcohol).

  • The Marriott Marquis has given us a discounted room rate of $285/night. The booking instructions will be sent to you after retreat registration.

A note about the retreat price and room rate: This is the highest room rate I’ve had at a retreat, and I fully acknowledge that it’s not cheap by any means! This hotel is faaaancy with amazing amenities! However, to offset the cost of the rooms, I’ve lowered the retreat pricing in general. The combined price of the room and retreat cost is actually less than the last few retreats I’ve run. Be sure to take advantage of the monthly payments I offer!

  • Cancellation by you

    • You may cancel your booking at any time, notified to me in writing. Cancellation will take effect the day such notification is received by me. If such cancellation is made you will forfeit any previous payments made. However, if you can find another paying participant to take your place, then I may offer you a refund at my discretion.

    • Bookings are for the stated period of the retreat. There are no refunds for an unused portion of the retreat.

  • Rescheduling/postponement by me

    • I reserve the right in any circumstances to reschedule or postpone the retreat. If the retreat must be rescheduled or postponed, it will be rescheduled for another date at the same venue with the same or similar hosts, and any payments you’ve made will be carried over to the new date.

The Radical Body Love Retreat is $1800 for four days and three nights of community, joyful connection, and body-liberation! I want to make things as accessible as possible, so choose the number of payments that works for you.
